The Earth's Mantle
The mantle is the largest layer of the Earth and it's 1800 miles thick. It's made of Magma (melted rocks). The mantle makes the plates move. The temperature of the mantle is about 1600 degrees Fahrenheit at the top and about 4000 degrees Fahrenheit at the bottom!

Two types of Mantle
The two types of Mantle are...
-Lower Mantle: The lower mantle is 2300km thick. It's more heavy than the upper mantle.
-Upper Mantle: The Mantle is 400 km deep. It's possibly made of Iron and Magnesium.
